VillageCare is a not-for-profit health and long-term care provider serving older adults and persons living with HIV/AIDS. With 13 locations in New York City, VillageCare relies on its voice and data networks to transmit critical patient information. But working with multiple vendors was making even the simplest communication a challenge.

So VillageCare went looking for one telecom vendor and found Broadview.
